Eager bread.


I may have let this bread rise a bit too long.

  1. Was it tasty? Nothing like a little overeager bread. Does that over-rising change the flavor?

  2. It's pretty dense and pretty sour. I'm not willing to do anything to figure out how to make it less so, so I slice it into thin slices and call it good.

    I think if I were competent, over-rising would change it, but I'm just muddling through so it's fine.
