Thanksgiving prep

Parker House Rolls, coming right up.
 
Potatoes!  Peels off and ready to be boiled and mashed.
 
Here's a trick I use to proof bread.  The house is pretty cold, but when the oven is on, warm air comes up through one of my burners.  I set a cooling rack over said burner and put my dough on top and the yeast becomes quite happy.
