Sunflower Harvest

Those sunflowers just leaned right over the fence.  But I should probably pull them before the rains get them.

    What will you do with the sunflowers? Do you just harvest the seeds? Or can you use more of the bloom than that?

    Ideally I would have harvested the seeds, saved some for planting and then roasted the rest. But that never came to pass.
