Potatoes!
I dug the last of them today. Here are three specimens weighing over a pound each. I also have a lot of tiny potatoes which will make very good roasted potatoes.

I too have some really big red potatoes. Many medium sized and small down to tiny. Perhaps I shall mash some for your bithday. MOM
You can take the gal out of Idaho...but not the Idaho love of potatoes out of the gal! Right? Oh how I love those tasty tubers! :) They look uber yummy...well as if they will be when whipped into a delightful recipe.
