I've noticed that with Antares too. He likes that fluffy blanket more than the smooth finish comforters.
Sweet kitty. If it's particularly cold (so, almost never in Texas), Miri likes to hide under the blankets that hang over the edge of the bed (our mattress is on the floor). I've also caught her snuggling up in the blanket in the dog's bed, lol.
