Purple Heart
I sliced into one of my "All Blue" potatoes (and I have no idea why they refer to them as "blue" when they are so clearly "purple" ) today and was greeted by two purple hearts.

Lovely! Do they taste any different? I bet having them mashed would be pretty darn awesome! I mean, purple food! Sweet!
They do taste differently. More meaty. Someone suggested eating them with soy sauce or miso and that would complement them and it's true.
