The owners actually put a goodly amount of money into that property. The roof has been replaced, the rooms have been upgraded, etc. It's a cheap motel, but I think they do what they can to keep it nice. The upgrades make me wonder just how much money they are making though. Should I be running a cheap motel?
I still have fantasies of striking it rich, buying the property, keeping the house, ripping out all the motel and making a lovely urban farm. I'll let you know when that comes to pass.

It definitely has some spunk. Did they change the door color too? It seems like it might be a little clashy, so to speak.
