A cake that is supposed to capture the flavors of a York Peppermint Patty Candy. Although, as my friend Deborah commented, this cake gets the chocolate-to-mint-ratio correct with 95% chocolate, 5% mint.
This was delicious! And easy to make. Also forgivable, as I over-beat the whites.
