It's December 2.
After searching around the sleigh for a day, he takes two steps to the right and looks around the pond.
Were I not busy being concerned about "He" bear's mental state, I would spend some time worrying about his lack of clothing. He's going to be outside for a few days and all those other bears are wearing sweaters.

Maybe he runs hot? Or perhaps hypothermia has already set in.
I say, make him a sweater with your fabric scraps. Take care of that He-Bear!
